Welcome to the web site for Ringwood County Junior School. We are a three-form
entry school serving the area of South Ringwood in the New Forest. We currently
have 370 pupils on roll between the ages of
seven and eleven.
Our school provides a welcoming and caring
environment where all children are inspired to
reach their full potential. We have a very
dedicated team of staff, parents and governors
who work closely together to ensure high quality
educational opportunities for all our children.
We are very proud of our pupil’s high
achievement and exemplary behaviour.

SAFEGUARDING
This school recognises its responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children. Our Child Protection Policy provides staff, volunteers and governors with the guidance they need in order to keep children safe and secure in our school and to inform parents and guardians how we will safeguard their children whilst they are in our care.
ANTI-BULLYING WEEK 14TH - 18TH NOVEMBER 2011
During this week a range of situations were explored within Circle Time, assemblies and in class. Our Anti-Bullying Charter is on display around the school. More details about our approach to bullying will be sent in a separate letter by Mrs Goding, who is the designated member of staff overseeing all aspects of behaviour in their widest sense. A leaflet with useful information will also be sent so you will be able to share this with your child.
